Evidence over anecdote
We decide with data, microchips, and written records. Opinions are welcome — but they yield to evidence.

Hoofine is a small, senior, remote-first team of horse people, marketers and engineers. We hire wherever we find excellent people.
Our values
The horse comes first
Welfare, suitability and honesty outrank conversion metrics. We will decline revenue to protect animals.
Small teams, owner mentality
Squads of 2–5 people ship end-to-end, from research to SEO-indexed pages. No ticket-shufflers.

How we hire
- 30-minute intro call with the hiring manager — your story and ours.
- One paid, time-boxed work sample relevant to the role. We do not run whiteboard puzzles.
- Two deep-dives: one with a peer on the craft, one with a horse person on judgement.
- Offer, references, and a signed start date within 10 days.
